From the moment devices are loaded for transport to our processing facility, they are tracked and monitored through every step of our device refurbishing process. During our sorting process, each device is affixed with a unique barcode identifier which identifies the related customer, pickup date, and description of the equipment. All item and barcode information is stored in Inventory Reports and our Cloud-based Inventory Management Portal, both of which our customers have access to view their equipment processing in real-time.

 Customizable Inventory Reporting

Our customers receive detailed inventory reports for pickups containing information on all items processed through our sorting team. Information in this report typically includes: a general item description, quantity of equipment, equipment serial numbers or asset tags (if applicable), and equipment condition. Whether we receive 5 computers or 5,000 computers, our team is able to process equipment and provide reporting back to you in a timely manner.

Recycling and Reuse Reporting

Upon request, our team can provide recycling and reuse reports which contain general information on processed equipment such as whether equipment was recycled or resold to an end-user. Companies typically request this information to include as part of their sustainability reporting and carbon emissions reduction strategies. This helps our clients determine their overall carbon footprint and helps them learn how much of their equipment has been saved from recycling channels or landfills.

Percentage of Net Profit Reporting

For clients electing to use our Percentage of Net Profit payout model, our analytics team aggregates all sales made each month, and provides each customer with a detailed report showing all items sold and the associated profit sharing amount to be paid out.
